Content and Inputs: We collect the text, audio, images and other inputs you provide when creating or interacting with Talkbooks, as well as the AI-generated outputs.

We may use aggregated, de‑identified data to enhance model performance and develop new features. We do not use personal information from education accounts or inputs from minors for model training.

We may share your information:

With Service Providers: We work with vendors and contractors who provide services like hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer support and payments. They access information only as needed to perform their duties and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

With Other Users: If you choose to publish a Talkbook or content publicly, it will be visible to other users.

Minors cannot enter binding contracts and need a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. We restrict the collection and use of personal information from minors in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information without consent, we will delete it.
